Frank prides himself on his vast knowledge of the investment industry, his longevity in the business and his integrity when working with his clients. A natural teacher, he strives to make the complex aspects of investing simple to his clients. A highly qualified professional, Frank is licensed to use the Certified Financial Planner certification mark, holds FINRA series 24, 63 and 7 licenses, and is the owner of a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. Using a goals based approach, Frank focuses on retirement cash flow strategies for retirees using strategic asset allocation, various Investment products, and tactically managed portfolios.
Prior to starting Investors Portfolio Services, Frank was a planner for Financial Planners Northwest in Tacoma from 1994 to 2006. He earned his CFP credentials from the College of Financial Planning in Denver Colorado in 1997. Frank has a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from George Fox University. Married for more than 30 years to his college sweetheart, Kay, Frank has three children. Frank enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, traveling and fine wine in his spare time.

Although investment analysis is the passion that drove Tom to the finance industry, the ability to directly work with individuals on their financial goals landed him at Investors Portfolio Services. As a wealth manager of the firm, Tom helps clients create realistic goals and implement various strategies to achieve that goal. Tom's commitment is to helping others understand the various risks of investing and ensure their investments are in line with their risk profile. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and is a natural learner, constantly seeking knowledge that can better himself and help the clients he serves.
In addition to working diligently for clients, Tom is president-elect of the Puyallup Kiwanis Club and is the Treasurer of the Puyallup Kiwanis Foundation Board. Since he is newer to the Puyallup community, working closely with others that live and work in Puyallup has helped him feel more at home. He has always enjoyed meeting new people and as a future father, Tom is excited to work with a group that is committed to helping kids.
Prior to starting Investors Portfolio Services Tom studied Finance and Accounting at the University of Washington Foster School of Business. In addition, he is an alumnus of the Delta Upsilon International Fraternity Washington Chapter and held an executive position all four years. Tom, his wife Yadi, and dog Benny live on South Hill and have been part of the Puyallup community for over three years. They are excited to welcome a baby girl into the family July 2020.
Emily brings friendly and efficient customer service skills to the front desk of Investors Portfolio Services. She is a Puyallup native and a graduate of Rogers High School, go Rams! Emily acquired her Communications degree from the University of Denver in 2013, where she graduated early with a 3.73 GPA. A passionate people person, Emily takes tremendous pride in being the first point of contact inside our office. Emily holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and is a Registered Assistant with United Planners Financial Services.
Day to day, Emily addresses client needs, writes newsletters, plans client events, and makes sure your reports and paperwork are completed correctly.
She spends her spare time out enjoying the community with her family and friends. She is an avid Mariners fan who loves to cheer on the team at T-Mobile Park. A first-time homeowner, Emily likes to keep busy with home improvement projects and being active outdoors in her new neighborhood.
