A highly qualified professional, Frank is licensed to use the Certified Financial Planner certification mark, holds FINRA series 24, 63 and 7 licenses, and is the owner of a Registered Investment Advisory Firm. He earned his CFP credentials from the College of Financial Planning in Denver Colorado in 1997. Frank has a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from George Fox University. Frank is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. Frank prides himself on his vast knowledge of the investment industry, his longevity in the business and his integrity when working with his clients. A natural teacher, he strives to make the complex aspects of investing simple to his clients. Prior to starting Investors Portfolio Services, Frank was a planner for Financial Planners Northwest in Tacoma from 1994 to 2006. Married for more than 30 years to his college sweetheart, Kay, Frank has three children. Frank enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, traveling and fine wine in his spare time.
Although investment analysis is the passion that drove Tom to the finance industry, the ability to directly work with individuals on their financial goals landed him at Investors Portfolio Services. As a wealth manager of the largest independent Registered Investment Advisor in Puyallup, Tom is able to exclusively act as a fiduciary without a large corporation and "corporate partners." His efforts help clients create realistic goals and implement investment strategies to help achieve those goals. He is a CFA® charterholder, holds FINRA Series 66 license, and is a natural learner, constantly seeking knowledge that can better himself and help the clients he serves.
Prior to starting at Investors Portfolio Services, Tom received his Bachelors degree from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, studying Finance and Accounting. In addition to working diligently for clients, Tom is an involved member of the Puyallup Kiwanis Club, serving as President from 2019-2021 and is currently the Treasurer of the Puyallup Kiwanis Club Foundation Board. Tom is a strong believer in the Kiwanis mission to change the world one child and one community at a time. Tom and his wife Yadi have a growing family with Emme, who is 4, and Lily, who is 2 years old.
Haleigh started working for Investors Portfolio Services (IPS) as an intern while a senior in college. Now she works full-time assisting the wealth managers at IPS as a paraplanner. In the Winter of 2021, she received her bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from Washington State University and has since oftained her FINRA Series 7 and 65 certifications. In her free time, Haleigh enjoys working out, hiking, camping, and traveling.
Lynn joined Investors Portfolio Services (IPS), after working thirty-five years in a corporate office of a major life insurance company. She started her life insurance career as a management trainee and worked in almost every area of the company. During her last fifteen years, she was responsible for managing various high-performing marketing teams. Including the execution and strategy of product launches, internal communications, national sales promotions, customer cross-sell and acquisitions, advertising compliance, and intranet/illustration systems. Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance from Seattle Pacific University and has a variety of life insurance designations and securities licenses. Lynn enjoys working at IPS and assisting the wealth managers with their clients’ financial needs. In her free time, Lynn enjoys swimming, skiing, golfing, and traveling. She also enjoys time with her two married daughters and two grandchildren.
Zena LaRosa was born and raised in Auburn, WA, graduating from Auburn Senior High School. She started her college studies at Central Washington University and then transferred to the University of Washington, Seattle Campus shortly after getting married. Zena earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
She has over thirteen years of experience working in business offices covering the front desk, office management, and bookkeeping positions. She will gladly answer your calls, schedule appointments and direct clients’ questions to an advisor. Her duties will expand over the coming months to include processing the many necessary forms used to manage your wealth management accounts.
During her non-work hours, she enjoys spending time sewing a variety of quilts. She is a member of the Covington Quilt Guild, where she actively participates in the philanthropic group called HUGS that distributes quilts to many charities in the Auburn/Kent/Covington area.
